All images gone

If you offloaded the images from your website to Optimole’s library, you can transfer them back by following the steps in this article. In case you still have difficulties with it, please contact us on our website so we can check it in detail.

I tried doing that, but they didn’t reappear.

Also, it says:

Your account has been disabled due to exceeding quota. All images are being redirected to the original unoptimized URL.
Please upgrade to re-activate the account.

However, I don’t have more than a thousand monthly visitors yet.

We regret to inform you that your account has been temporarily suspended because you have exceeded the limit of your free account. Please note that the free account is limited to 1k visits, and it appears that this limit has been significantly exceeded.

Although you may see that the number of visits has been reset, we cannot unsuspend the account until an upgrade has been made to a premium subscription in your member’s area.

In case you do not wish to upgrade then let me guide you through the steps to resolve the image issue you’re facing:

2. Export Images:?If you prefer to manually download and re-upload the images, you can use our export tool, accessible here: Export Images from Optimole Cloud. This tool will allow you to download all your images in one go.
