Hi, I’m sorry to hear that, it’s something I’ve worked very hard to avoid in EWWW IO.
Usually, that is the result of a permissions error or a WebP misconfiguration (in either case, the images aren’t really gone, they just won’t display in the pages properly).
I realize you might be unwilling to give EWWW IO a second chance, but if you can reproduce such a thing (perhaps in a staging or testing site), I would be most interested in seeing if there is something we can improve to prevent such a thing from ever happening again.
