All images SRC are replaced with data:image base 64

    If I enable SPAI plugin all images SRC are replaced with base64 codes like this:

    src=”data:image/svg+xml;u=aHR0cHMlM0ElMkYlMkZwaWNhZHVyYXB1bGdhLmNvbSUyRndwLWNvbnRlbnQlMkZ1cGxvYWRzJTJGMjAxOSUyRjAzJTJGcGljYWR1cmEtcHVsZ2EtZTE1NTM4ODU1NzE0MjUuanBn;w=500;h=281;base64,PHN2ZyB2aWV3Qm94PSIwIDAgNTAwIDI4MSIgd2lkdGg9IjUwMCIgaGVpZ2h0PSIyODEiIHhtbG5zPSJodHRwOi8vd3d3LnczLm9yZy8yMDAwL3N2ZyI+PC9zdmc+”

    If I disable it all images SRC return to their adequate value.

    The site is picadura pulga.

    Has this issue been reported so far?
