All in one Favicon not appearing on Twenty Twelve

Hi Everyone,
I am using the twenty twelve theme, my URL is https://www.xiubeads.com

For some reason the favicon is only showing up in the dashboard area when I log in, as soon as I visit the site it does not show up on any of the pages.

Can anybody please help on what needs to be done.
