All in one seo

  • Hi there
    I have this plugin installed and have put descriptions and keywords on each of the seven pages. Is this the best way to maximise this plugin???

    Should I duplicate the same main keywords/descriptions on each page and then add other relevant keywords/description for each page or should the keywords/description only relate to that page and not be duplicated on each page?

    I know that the title shoudl ideally be up to 60 characters and the descritption should have a maximum of 160 characters. Their is no mention of a maximum for the keywords.

    I just want to use this plugin to the maximum. Please please don’t just put a link as the answer as I have read many articles on this related plugin which don’t give straight answers. Many thanks
