All-In-One SEO package

  • I am just in the process of having my blog professionally designed and they have asked me if I would like to add this special package for SEO. I am new to blogging and really have zero knowledge of the inner workings of a blog and wouldn’t know where to start. This all-in-one package they are offering is for the of about $200 and it includes the following;

    1. Google XML Sitemap
    2. Google Analytics Visitor Tracking
    3. Social Bookmarking
    4. Post Pinger
    5. Blog Search Engine Advertising

    I am wondering if this is a good deal, if I should do this and if there is value in having this package.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • Most of that is very, very simple for them to setup, I would guess maybe an hour of their time at most, maybe even only half an hour so suggest you a) ask them straight up how much time it will take them to implement.. and make them an offer accordingly.

    yes given enough time on your hands, but even then you will have spent a lot of time, certainly more than the $$ equiv figuring stuff out and still won’t have the piece of mind that comes with paying an expert to do it.

    Moreover, you can get equivalent plugins (if not those actual plugins) for free. I’m not sure why you would pay $200 for the privlege of having someone download them for you.
