All in One SEO -where to change category meta info?

Hi all I’m using All in One SEO to change posts and pages meta details but for categories it doesn’t seem to show any options. Where can I change the categories meta descriptions and the urls (at the moment it is https://www.mydomain.com/category/category-name ideally I want it to be https://www.mydomain.com/category-name
How can I do this? Thank you really appreciated
