All In One SEO writes to every page EXCEPT home page

    I have All In One SEO configured and running effectively with unique meta content and titles for each of the pages on my site. It is configured the same for the home page and the AIO SEO “Disable on this page/post” checkbox is unchecked on every page including the home page. But it does not write any meta or title to the home page, and I cannot figure out why. No repsonse on other forums or support requests… can anyone surmise an angle for fixing this?

  • The home page title and description have to be entered manually. There are dialog boxes for that on the All In One SEO settings page.

    ok, case closed. thanks.

    Well, I have the same problem, but I create websites for clients and dont give them rights to alter settings. Hence, they dont have access to “All in one seo” settings and the dialog boxes.

    So how can I force All in one seo to get the title, description and keywords from the homepage?
