All-In-One wp Migration Freezing near finish

I have tried both import and restore from backup and both times it freezes close to end of the function. I even had my hosting people up my event timeout process from 30 minutes each to 60 minutes, this all happens within 30 minutes anyway, don’t think that is the issue.

I am trying now to deactivate all pluggins first before exporting to a file off the original wp site. and then ftp to the new area under wp-content/am1_backups/
Also changed the wp.config.php file from wp-debug=”false” to wp-debug=”true”
