Hello. My site is coming soon and I am having trouble with the navigation menu in the block editor. I have a menu item (Causes) with 6 submenus in the list editor (that I can see while in the site editor). All of the submenus work when you click on them. However when I hit “preview in a new tab” the “Causes” item is not showing up on the navigation menu. It was all working and previewing fine just a few days ago, so I am not sure what happened. Any help or insight (without coding) would be greatly appreciated. I am new to WordPress. Thank you.

Unfortunately, when you go to your link, you see a Coming Soon page. Therefore, what you see is difficult to understand. Is the submenu also not visible when you publish the changes, i.e. save them correctly?

Thanks for replying. Yes the site is coming soon. Is there a way to send you screenshots? In FSE mode, all of my menu items along with their submenus are showing on the navigation menu. But when I hit “preview in a new tab” to see what it will look like once published, one of the menu items (Causes) that has 6 submenus does not show up at all. This started yesterday. I don’t know why it shows in draft mode and not in preview mode. Please let me know what other info you need from me. Thanks.

You can upload images on any image hoster and link them here, e.g. at https://imgur.com.

I uploaded them to my google drive and am sharing the screenshots with you here: Charities2Love Home Page Screenshots

Hopefully that gives you an idea of what I am talking about. Please let me know. Thank you.

Is Causes a page and is this page set to published?

No, Causes does not have a page. I had put an anchor-link on Causes to go further down on the homepage where the Causes are listed. Does Causes need its own page in order to show on the navigation block?

Each of the submenu items have their own page.

Tried to recreate this and see what you mean. Changes to the menu are not visible in the preview.

I would recommend saving the change properly and then viewing it on the website instead of using the preview for that.

Otherwise you can also report the problem to the Gutenberg developers here: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues

Are you saying that preview is not showing me how it will really look on the website? Because I was using preview thinking that is how it will look when I publish the website.
