    Hey Sosidee,

    I was browsing for a QR code generator that fit the needs of a project where the codes will be physically printed, so easy modification of the code content in case of change.

    The codes were working fine, then I tried installing a few other QR code plugins (none of which fit the requirements for the project), and when I returned to this plugin none of they keys seem to work.

    The logs display the key with ? and the status is a red circle with an !. Every code I’ve made, all with unique keys, redirect to the URL for disabled/invalid keys. Even the codes I made before I tried out other plugins.

    Where can I find more comprehensive and verbose error logging?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
    generally logs display a ‘?‘ when the code received from the QR scan does not match any code present in the database.

    I can’t figure out why that happens without giving a look at your dashboard.
    If you wish so, please create a temporary admin user and send the login data to [email protected] .

    You can enable the plugin debugging logs adding the line
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    to the wp-config.php file in your site WordPress root folder (messages will be inserted in the wp-content/debug.log file).
