I just registered a fake account on your site to see what’s going on here and it looks like there may be a caching issue going on here.

Do you have any caching plugins / methods setup on your site which may be unintentionally serving cached versions of your pages to logged in users?

If you do have any caching plugins installed try enabling the setting to disable caching for logged in users.

I’m not seeing anything that points to an obvious issue here… It very much feels like a caching issue but there is not a caching plugin installed. Are you sure you don’t have any server level caching or must use plugins installed that are adding caching to your site?

If that doesn’t help can you temporarily disable all other plugins and switch themes to a default theme and see if the same issue is experienced with only LifterLMS installed on your server?

I setup a quick temporary site with just LifterLMS installed and you can see that on this site things are working as expected with only LifterLMS installed on a default theme (twentyseventeen): https://determined-dingo.w5.poopy.life/course/how-to-build-a-learning-management-system-with-lifterlms/

You’ll see a usernmae/password in the header on that URL — go ahead and login and play around if you like.

Since I haven’t heard back from you in a while I’m going to mark this topic resolved. If you need some more help here please just reply and I’ll reopen it and get back to work.
