All links broken after update

Hi there, I have a client site with multiple downloads, which all worked fine until I upgraded the plugin last week. Now all we get is broken links.

I can access the pdf’s just fine, if I use the direct link, such as /wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2023/01/xxx.pdf

But if I use the correspondent download link such as /download/478/?tmstv=1676447678 I am redirected to the No access page.
