all meetings disappear with 2.9.0

    Upgrading to 2.9.0 killed not just the Regions column but also all the meeting results. I believe this is a “theme” conflict, because when I use Twentyseventeen, everything seems fine. I am using RT-Theme 18.

    Reverting to 2.8.9 also fixed the problem. And still broken with 2.9.2. I have forked your GitHub version but am looking at possibly doing some work down the road, not right away.

  • Thanks for testing it with a different theme, not everyone would have done that.

    Do you by any chance have an archive-meetings.php in your theme? That page was overhauled extensively in 2.9, so if you made customizations, you will likely have to re-apply them.

    2.9 introduced location-based searching, which required a lot of changes to the html.

    That was it! Thanks. I had created a child theme with archive-meetings.php to customize the appearance. Deleted that from the child theme and all is OK.
