    All messages being sent via a Contact Form 7 on our website suddenly starting getting a “Forbidden” message.

    Disabling CleanTalk got rid of the error. CleanTalk appears to be blokcing all messages sent via that form on that website.

    I have left CleanTalk plugin disabled for now.

    How do we start troubleshooting this?

    Hello

    We have analyzed your Anti-Spam feedback.

    Most likely, your website uses a caching plugin, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes some incorrect filtering.
    Please do the following:

    1. WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” —> Save Changes.
    2. Purge all cache on your website.

    This will improve filtering.

    Could you please let us know when you have done all the actions? We will test the web form to make sure everything is fine.
