Please check your:
1- Woocommerce permalink first
Go to Woocommerce > Settings> Advanced
then Save Settings
2- WordPress permalink
Save Settings to flush permalinks
3- .htaccess File in root www directory

4- If you have security plugin deactivte that

5- if above solution not working should disable plugins and switch theme to default 2020 theme and check again
