Hi @manuarmand,
I’m sorry to hear about this issue and I’ve replied to your email.
Copying the reply here too:
Looks like that you have used the cloud library and offloaded the images, then after your account was suspended the images can’t be loaded on your website until they are rolled back to your server.
To fix this you need to rollback images to your server as explained here – https://docs.optimole.com/article/1323-cloud-library-browsing#rollback
OR
Upgrade your subscription to a paid one in your members area.
Why does this happen?
No matter if you use the cloud library or not – we are still downloading your images and storing them in the cloud, those versions are used to be loaded for visitors of your website but in case the image is not available in the cloud for some reason or your account is suspended – we redirect the user to the original URL (stored in your server) while if you’re using cloud library that original URL of the image no longer exists meaning there is nothing to load.
If you’re not using cloud library your images will be loading for visitors no matter if your account is suspended or not just that if your account is suspended visitors will see original (not optimized) images.
I hope this helps – let us know if you have any other questions!
