I use 650px wide pictures on my blog so I did the replacement retina 1300px wide upload manually. All have a blue square all good! After the last plug in update I did a bulk generate since I did enable the 150px picture size. All good but now ALL of the 1300 px replacement files are gone. A few hundred – which is a bitch since I do not want to start over again and prepare all those pictures. I did try to find them on the web server but can not. In which folder does the plug in store the manually created and drag and dropped retina files???
    Thank you for the information!!!

    Hi @surfdog,

I have a bad news from you… Regenerating also removes the previously created/added @2x files… so those files are gone ?? And indeed, I guess it would make sense not to remove the full-size @2x in that case. I do it because the Bulk Delete does that, and from a software point of view it makes technical sense to use the same function for deleting the @2x in both the Bulk regenerate or the Bulk delete. I will change it so that doesn’t happen again.
