All of a sudden I go from updating a post to an Installation page. WTF?

Hi,

So, I’ve been working on getting a new blog template up and running for a current customer. We’ve had to install WordPress a couple of times to get things working right. It seemed like all was well. I was having to go in and update photo links on posts and all of a sudden, it took me to an “Install WordPress” page instead of updating the post.

Please help. Why oh why did WordPress do this?
