• This time, because your plugin did not add the 7 pages by default to my site, I had to painstakingly attempt to get one out of my trash, to find out what your shortcode is, and create the other six and add it to them. So I did this, and set them to WordPress pages in my dashboard. But now, all I see of these pages are the titles and this shortcode, which I have added to each of them (as I could not find your shortcode): [ultimate member form_id=1164]

    Are you still having issues with page setup?

    i am having the same issue. Installed but when I view the default pages e.g. Registration Page, it’s blank. Just the title appears.

    I looked on the support forum and updated the CSS as per https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/113-pages-are-blank-do-not-appear
    no luck.

    Any update on this Issue?

    Same problem for me too. I also cannot edit users as per normal.

    The widgets also display nothing.

    I would like to also just add to my previous post that I have tried different themes and have removed all other plugins but this makes no difference. I am using WordPress 4.3.1 and PHP 7.1 (I tried older PHP but no difference).

    Hi Sbartkiw,

    I just checked your site and adding this CSS in inspector mode shows the form.

    .um {
    opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    Can you add it to your custom CSS.

    The Moon Raker if you are having issues please submit a ticket via here: https://ultimatemember.com/support/

    Thanks!

    Hi

    Thanks. I tried that for the registration form and it worked. I will update the custom CSS for the other forms and hopefully they will all work now.

    I originally put that code in the CSS for the site. I guess I wasn’t clear until you said CUSTOM CSS that it was for the form….

    Thanks

    Hi, if a user accidentally deleted the Account page with-your short-code in my site, (e.g. [ultimatemember_account]), then how can we create a new page called My Account (e.g. create page, new, and then ???? if there is no shortcode?) Then after the page is created, I go to UltimateMember / Settings / and for Account Page, I select My Account. But its blank!! Why, because there is NO shortcode (i.e. [ultimatemember_account]) in the account. So where are the other codes for User, Members, Register, Password Reset, Logout, Login? I have no idea why this is so confusing.

    To put it in a more basic way, can you respond by listing the following shortcodes?:

    1. User page = [ultimatemember form_id=XXXX];
    2. Account page = ;[ultimatemember_account];
    3. Members page = [ultimatemember form_id=XXXX];
    4. Register page = ???;
    5. Login page = ???;
    6. Logout page = ???;
    7. Password reset page = [ultimatemember_password]

    The account page and password reset pages are the only static shortcodes. The logout page does not require any shortcode. The rest are dynamic (the shortcode number is different for all installs) are within plugin.

    1,4 & 5 you can see by going to the forms page in the plugin.
    3 can be seen by going to the member directory page.

    Thanks
