All of my Followers Disappeared

How did you grew the fallowers? Are you using a plugin that helps with this? or a 3rd party system? or do you save them in your database?

Hey WordPress, I am still waiting for a response. Can you please help me restore my followers in response to my request from Monday? Bluehost says they can’t help. I lost roughly 560 followers. This is a huge deal. I followed the instructions per this link when my site originally moved from WordPress.com – https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/. My subscribers were moved. A post I published on 9/18 did email out and show in their feeds. As of Monday, they all disappeared. I need them restored. Thanks!

You’re in the wrong place. Go to that tlink you posted above, contact wordpress.COM and ask them for help and get them to export your followers.

Perhaps I wasn’t clear. I have already been through the steps in the link. My subscribers were moved and present on the new server. Over the weekend, they all disappeared. Completely the steps I already completed won’t help with anything as my subscribers are no longer on the WP.com server.

Perhaps I wasn’t clear. If Bluehost can’t help, and you didn’t have a backup there, try to another export from wordpress.com. That sounds like your only option.

They are no longer at wordpress.com. The migration moved them all to the new hosting servicing without a trace of them.

I’ve asked for help on this issue from wordpress.com and they’ve suggested to point you to https://jetpack.me/contact-support/, they are the ones familiar with every software and script that is used here so they are your best bet with this issue, sorry we can’t do more!
