All of our folders got EMPTY

As the documentation says the NON-PRO version only delete a few things, and do NOT touch the admin (the user with which I was logged in) user, but we needed to delete only those parts of our site. There is only 1 button on the bottom and a text field to type in reset. I chose to reactivate WPreset after the reset.
What did it do? Deleted everything, no WordPress, no login options, no site, only empty folders left (checked via FTP). There were separate backup folders, but they got empty as well.
