all otp forms disabled still sms otp count going down

This should not be the case, SMS count decreases when you send SMSs out to users.

Could you please confirm if you have enabled any addons like WooCommerce Order Status Notification addon, Ultimate member password reset over OTP addon, or Ultimate Member SMS Notification addon?

in addon the ultimate member password reset was active but i have nothing to do with ultimate member signin ,,,iam using woocommerece

Thanks for letting me know.
However, if you do not have the Ultimate Member plugin activated on your website, you can disable our Ultimate Member Notification addon.

The SMSs should not be deducted until they are being used, could you please raise a query by clicking on the Need Help button present at the bottom-right of our plugin’s dashboard.
