All our transaction are PayPal. Alter the Checkout page?

We’re just starting in Thailand and only taking payments through PayPal, using the Kadence Pinnacle theme. If people click on the Checkout page, and they do NOT click on the PayPal button at the top (compliments of Angelleye plugin), and instead fill out all the billing/shipping info, they get this message at the end: “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
So the buyer has just spent valuable time for nothing. And is probably confused. If I were the buyer, I’d be pissed. Is there some way to eliminate checkout page or alter the way it works so they can click on PayPal after they’ve filled out the forms? Thanks in advance for any advice.
