    Hi,

We were not able to reproduce the error in Firefox. Thus we could not investigate further. We could have reported this to pdf.js if we had a concrete scenario to reproduce. Since it was not a recurring issue in Firefox. Only 2 instances so far.

All we know is that using the older version of PDF.js, v2.5, did solve the issue. This release uses pdf.js version 2.12

You can check in our site with another higher version of PDF.js v3.2

https://dearpdf.com/#test-demo Click on Open your PDF in Reader and select your PDF.

Let us know if the issue is visible. We cannot go back to v2.5 but if confirmed we can go to v3.2

If the issue exists in v3.2 too(our site) please provide more information like Firefox version, OS, OS version. Device name, models and processor and graphics model. So that we can try to reproduce it.

    Best Regards,

    DearHive

The problem persists in your test demo.  Here’s what I am using:

    Dell Desktop

    Windows 11 Home v. 10.0.22621

    Firefox 117.0.1 (32-bit)

    Intel Core i7-10700 CPU processor

    Intel UHD Graphics 630

When I use your version 1.7.35 and set the layout to use CSS, it works. But not when I use WebGL3D

    Hi,

We noticed you have installed the full version of DearFlip. Is it working properly in your system?

We have found some forums where they indicate similar issue with Firefox and WebGL. While we are yet to reproduce the issue in our systems.

    Best Regards,

It’s working because I am using the CSS layout. But the WebGL3D still does not work.
