no. The site worked correctly and I can not say what went wrong

I know what it happens and why. The problem is why you have this in your pages:

<div class="container" role="main">
    <div class="row">

since 3.1.9 should be something like

<div class="container" role="main">
    <div class="row column-content-wrapper">

because of this change:

So if you didn’t copy anything any template in your child-theme that should not be that way. Why it’s so? It’s like you’re loading old “templates” but with the new javascripts (which causes that with older templates).
Probably this is due to total cache. Can you clean it?
