a 403 Forbidden error

Check your file and directory permissions, that error usually means something has changed and the web server can’t read those files/URLs.

It shouldn’t look scrambled, why don’t you copy/paste its contents here. Also try to switch off seo-friendly page naming to see what happens (I don’t have any WP installation on this computer to tell you exactly where it is)

Hi jomijosh, your problem is with permalink, so goto admin -> settings -> permalinks
and click only on save button. thanks
