    Dear Support,

When the user is logged out of the site, all the pages are cut off at the top, but when the user is logged in, the pages are not cut off. I have not added any CSS to change the formatting of the pages upon logging in and out.

I have sent a link to a page with 2 screenshots. One where the user is logged in and one where the user is logged out.

I don’t want the pages to be cut off at the top when the user is logged out.

    Thanks in Advance
    Eunice

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,
from the screenshots it looks like the JS is wrongly calculating the needed space to make the sticky header work.
Are you using some kind of cache and js combination/minification? Maybe this setting is available only for guest users… and cache needs to be flushed and CSS/JS rebuild.
    Please let me know

Thank you so much, your advice helped me resolve the issue. I will describe the problem here for every one’s future benefit.

I had recently installed a plug-in called “Smush” and it caused this caching issue.
Best practice for using this plug-in will be to clear site-wide cache with each upload.

    Many thanx
    Eunice
