All pages redirected to index.php

  • Hi,

    I had to reinstall my server so I made a backup of the database and a backup of the WordPress installation (with my themes and stuff).

    I restored the whole thing but I am facing a strange issue :
    all my links get redirected to index.php for instance

    https://mysite/?page_id=13
    end in
    https://mysite/index.php

    I only use pages with the plugin Static Front Page.

    Anyone knows what happens ?

  • Just some issues I’m thinking of:

    – Have you backupped and restored your .htaccess?
    – Have you configured mod_rewrite and enabled .htaccess?
    This includes configuring your directory with the right directives.

    Perhaps you can copy/paste your htaccess?

    Since your restore, have you visited Options -> Permalinks? You might want to go there and just click Save to let WP rebuild them.

    Seems like WordPress was working fine, I cleared my browser cache and it’s ok now..
