All parts of YITH affiliate work except dashboard

Hey all,
I have been at this for a few days now, I can not get the dashboard to work, the other 2 other parts (register/sign in and link creation) work but the dashboard has no UI, heres how it looks:
It doesn’t look like the demos and all the other video tutorials i’ve seen, and when I add the “YITH Affiliates Dashboard” block option its just blank and has a circle in the center that spins and nothing happens like this:
I have no issue using the other forms, I can click both other options and they have the normal UI from demo pictures, for example:
Once a user signs up, they have the option to click “Go To Your Dashboard” But when you click that button, it looks nothing like it should, for example:
Its confusing that everything works except the dashboard, I’m hoping its a simple solution someone has found.
The dashboard is SLIGHTLY functional, the buttons will show options, but in a weird UI format, heres an example:
(Click the arrows to see each button being clicked and what it does)It should have the UI that I saw in all the demos and videos, but its just basic and bland, and i’m at a loss for what to do.
