All payment methods showing in admin drop down

    I use the admin create order often and have noticed recently that all woopayments payment options are showing in the payment drop down even if they are not activated. Can they be removed?

    Hi @broomfish,

    It doesn’t sound default feature. I looked for the option to select the payment method while manually creating an order from the dashboard, but I couldn’t find it.

    For better assistance, can you provide screenshots showing the issue on your end? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    if you watch the video you posted of creating an order, you will see a drop down that is labelled “Payment method” that is what you should be looking at. The system is working fine so no need for all those logs, it is just showing all the non activated payment options in the drop down

    Kindly note, WooPayments is primarily designed to receive payments via the front-end.
