all plugin can't update

– Try flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches.

Have you tried deleting them, one at a time, then reinstalling the latest version of them?

i’m actually switching to a new server
the problem still exist
manually install is not a solution …

but you are right about caching plugin – “wp super cache”
even i deactivated it last month …
it still cause this problem …

after i delete this plugin, all other plugins seems really updated.
