After installing SumoMe to add a bar at the top asking people to like our Facebook page all of my plugins disappeared and said they were deactivated because of no header. I use updraft to backup my site and the backup is in my Google Drive and I’ve downloaded it to my PC so it doesn’t get overwritten but without the updraft plugin installed I have no idea how to install the 5 back-up files I downloaded.

I’m on the latest 4.3.1, all plugins were working fine before this, and the SumoMe plugin had over 20,000 installs and is very popular and was supposed to be verified for my version. The only other thing I can think of that might have caused it was when I added a html widget for bidvertiser and started running from them. The site was running fine after that and ads were running smooth so I don’t think that’s what it was.

Deleted everything from the server and did fresh install of WP, then installed updraft and restored backup. This all worked fine except all of my media files are now missing with broken links to the images.

No thanks to the support forum
