All plugins backup

I have questions about my blog. Do I need to do any special action to make full blog backup, including all galleries and files which I uploaded to this albums with this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/blog-mechanics-theme-gallery/

I have configured my blog and have alot of resources upload there. I need to be able to make full backups of all resources. Please advise.
