All plugins gets this error: Download failed. Could not open handle for fopen()

Hi, kind of long time since i have used wordpress, im afraid that its been to long since i last updated, and thats why i get this error message for all of my plugins. I have looked at other post and they are not enteierly the same. I can’t find any php.ini file, so i guess i never made one (but it worked great without before) and i should have plenty of space with my host so there should not be an issue there either.

Someone out there with mighty wisdom to share?
