• I have a blog and recently all my post content has disappeared. It is visible in the Editor and excerpts are visible on the home page but on the individual post pages there is no text – and no space for it either so it’s not simply that the text is white on a white background.

    Can anyone help?

    I have other blogs with the Baskerville theme and they all look fine

    The problem blog is https://www.problogineer.com

    Thanks

  • 1. Try disabling your plugins one by one, see if resolves the problem
    2. Change your theme to WordPress default themes like(Tweentyfifteen) and then revert back to your old theme

    I have tried default themes 2015 and 2016 and still have the same problem.

    Where the 2015 theme displays all of the post content on the home page the text is displayed but not when it is on the individual page.

    If I look at the code then on the home page under
    <div class=”entry-content”>
    the text appears

    But on the individual post page
    <div class=”entry-content”>
    is immediately followed by the closing
    </div><!– .entry-content –>

    Will try disabling the plugins one by one

    Brilliant thank you ashiquzzaman it was a plugin causing the problem: SEO Auto Links

    That is a plugin I use quite happily on several other blogs so can’t really understand why it causes a problem here. I even have it working on another blog with the same theme. Although, of course, it’s not a theme problem.

    Many Thanks

    Glad to know that ??
