All posts are deleted.. What to do ??

    Hey guy’s
    My wordpress blog’s all posts are deleted. But i want to bring them back on my blog. Can you tell me about what to do to get them back??
    Please help me

    all posts are deleted.

    Unless you emptied the trash in your dashboard, they should be there.
