All Posts Gets deleted

  • All Of my Blog Posts just got deleted for no apparent reason when I logged into the website.. I am extremely upset at the service that has been provided and very confused as to why this has happened?

    My website is https://www.kollywoodimages.com/

    The categories and other things are still there but the posts have totally been wiped. I have no idea why this has happened.

    When i contact Godaddy(where i host my website), they said that they wont support third party applications. So please help me to fix this issue. Please review the below reply from Godaddy.

    note: i didn’t update wordpress’s version

  • Do you have a recent backup? If so, reinstall WordPress and restore your site. You can select a date before the posts were wiped out and create a database of that date at GoDaddy.

    i didnt have the backup of my database and Godaddy says that they dont have the backup of my database ??

    You can login to your hosting account and verify your database, backup, and import copy of it too.

    i tried to do that but database looks empty.

    I think they have a history/calendar based system using which you can restore (it seems for the last 30 days). Look for that.
