All posts on front page have same amount of likes and ratings! HELP!!!

  • I cannot figure out what the problem is, on my front page i have the 5 posts displayed, thing is the facebook likes are all the same for every post. When i like one it likes all and vice versa when i unlike. I have uninstalled the like plugins and it did not change anything. If you go to each post the likes work fine, just on the front page something is not right. Im not to good with PHP so i do not know if its a problem in my theme or what. Please if you could take a look at my site and see if you can figure it out for me!! If someone could figure this out for me, i would be very grateful. Thanks ahead of time!
