All products disabled

Facebook’s Commerce Policy prohibits selling non-physical products on Facebook, so you may not show Virtual products in your Facebook catalog.

By disabled, do you mean they are deactivated on Facebook? If so, are you able to activate them within Facebook from https://www.facebook.com/products > Items?
