All Properties HTTP 500

Please contact your host provider to investigate the issue. Your database may be corrupted. We just got the same issue from the client who is on BlueHost.

What exactly do I ask them to look at?
The site shows fine, just not the properties section under the dashboard.

FYI I ran a WP db repair and still have the issue.

No corruption notes that I saw.
Still unable to view all properties.

Do you see any error in Console on that page? Or do you have any error in the error log on your server?

In console, this flashes before the 500 error on screen:
GET https://connrealty.com/conn/wp-content/themes/madisonchild/home2/connreal/public_html/conn/wp-content/themes/madison/vendor/usabilitydynamics/lib-wp-bootstrap/static/scripts/ud-dismiss.js?ver=5.0.2 404 (Not Found)

Once on the 500 error page (all properties) console is blank.

I’ll look at the error log, too.

what about your error log from the server?

99% cases about 500 error in all properties page are about your server

I’ll look. I do have a few others sites on this server running wp-prop with no issues.
