All Records Show Same Date on Export/Import

We are building a new website, so I exported all CFDB records from old site, then imported them into the new site.

However all records show a submit date of today (July 25, 2015). How can the original submit date be restored?

There are only 110 records, so we can update them manually, but the editor does not allow the date field to be changed.

If it’s not possible, then would it be feasible to manually change the dates in the Xcel CSV file, prior to import?
