All rotating ads show if page has comments

I have rotating Amazon Native Shopping Ads set up to display after Related Articles and before Comments on posts. If the post has comments, then all the rotating ads show in a numbered/ordered list. I have automatic insertion disabled and am using a predefined ad block in my theme. I’m seeing this on Chrome and FF for Mac & Chrome on iOS (tablet). I’ve cleared my cache and am doing hard reloads with no change.

There is some strange situation in your case.
It seems rotation is working normally.
Block 3 seems to be inserted after content.
However, on that page blocks 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 are inserted between comments.
It seems this is caused by your theme.
I would need deeper investigation.
