    Hello.
    My calendar was working fine until I noticed that all of my services time slots are all an hour off or shifted an hour back.

    Can you please advise?

    Here is the page with calendar.

    The site is Japanese but you can see that the time for all service availability by one hour.

    For example: one service is set to 6:00-10:00 but availability shows 5:00-9:00.

    All of the services have shifted an hour.

    Hi,

    If your country doesn’t apply the daylight savings time then set “no” for the observing daylight saving time settings.

    There is also a field named “time zone for the original time-slots” to make additional adjustments to the times.

    I have the same problem. (https://www.breezedeck.com/reservation/)
    I locate in Singapore (no day light saving), but whenever a new appointment received, in email content the time is correct for example 9am-10am, the ical attachment is one hour earlier 8am-9am.

    I have set
    observing daylight saving = no
    daylight saving timezone = any (since there is no approprate choice, i.e. Singapore, i tried all and all of them doesn’t work)

    You can try just make an appointment and check your email ical attachment to see the issue.

    Hence i came accross this post, I would like to know where can i find this “time zone for the original time-slots”? Is it still available in current version? How can I fix the issue?
