All Shipping Option Sort by Price After 2.0

    After updating to 2.0, now all shipping options, including those not handled by this plugin, are being sorted by price on the Cart and Checkout pages.

    The manual order in Woocommerce setting is no longer respected.

    Can revert to the previous behaviour?
