All special characters disappear

  • Hello,I have a blog on WordPress 4.5.3 with the theme Buttercream and, after a change of hosting, there was a ridiculous thing. When I make a new article it accepts all traditional Portuguese characters such as “Come?am a ser ouvidas as solu??es nos pa?os do concelho”, but when I save it change to “Comeam a ser ouvidas as solues nos paos do concelho”. All special characters disappear.
    Someone can give me a hand?
