All stocks, for instance, on Nasdaq? Realtime or delayed? Fees?

    Do you feed all the stocks, for instance, on Nasdaq? on other main ones?
    Are the stocks fed in realtime or 20 minutes delayed?
    Is there a monthly fee oweable to the exchanges for the data?
    If I had my own source of dynamic data of some sort, can I feed it thru the ticker instead of the stock data?
