All submissions are blocked

I generated the source code. Pasted in onto the page. When I make a submission I get a message: Blocked as suspected bot. I have tried to make a submission on 3 computers (PC, phone, laptop) on two google chrome accounts and one in incognito mode. In all cases I answered the security question correctly. (I changed it from 7+5 to 9+6 to see if that was the problem).

What do I do? Am I doing something wrong?
