All survey results gone

  • Been using this plugin without issue for 4 weeks, easy to set up and install, survey easy enough to create, but tonight the survey and all results have gone.

    I have not installed any new plugins, or done any updates so totally baffled.

    Luckily I had all survey results emailed to me so not lost them, but will have to look for a more stable solution
