We have switched to Porto in the past year and in the process, our Table press menu was lost. It has been revived and I have upgraded to the premium version. Our issue is that our Editor (WP user role) is not seeing all of the options, specifically, the “All Tables” option which he needs to access in order to be able to add new items to certain tables. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Tim

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Could you please try the method from https://tablepress.org/faq/tablepress-not-in-admin-menu/ again, for this? This should reset the access rights for the Editors.

If that still does not help, and as your Premium license entitles you to priority email support (and I’m not allowed to provide support to Premium license holders here in the forums), please get in touch via the email address that you can see on the “About” screen of TablePress. Thanks!

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

Thanks Tobias. I initially notified my developers that Table Press was missing from the WP dashboard and they got it back in there. How they did it, I do not know. Perhaps they used the method you have described and if so, is that what you’re asking? Go back to them and have them reinstall it? I am the owner of the website and not a developer who would be familiar with these things
